Our Refund Philosophy
At Suraj Goswami Digital, customer satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to deliver exactly what was agreed upon. This policy explains our refund terms clearly.
Website Design & Development
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work has started, we will refund 100% of the advance payment within 7 business days.
After Work Has Begun
Once development has started, the advance payment (50%) is non-refundable as it covers time, resources, and initial work done. We will, however, deliver all completed work to you.
Project Dissatisfaction
We include 2 rounds of revisions in all plans. If you are not satisfied after revisions, we will discuss a fair solution. We do not issue refunds after project completion and handover.
SEO Services
SEO is a long-term process and results are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. Monthly SEO packages can be cancelled with 15 days' notice. No refunds for the current month's work.
Ready-Made Website Templates
Ready-made templates are non-refundable once customisation work has begun, as work is performed immediately upon order. If we cannot deliver as described, a full refund will be issued.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (ebooks, tools) are non-refundable due to their nature. If there is a technical issue preventing access, we will resolve it or issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@surajgoswami.pro with subject "Refund Request — [Your Name]" within the applicable timeframe. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
