Services
Suraj Goswami Digital provides web design, WordPress development, SEO, AI tools, and digital marketing services. All services are subject to a separate agreement/proposal accepted in writing or via email/WhatsApp.
Payments
50% advance is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before handover. We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, and PayPal. All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their website design and content. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
Revisions
All packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged separately. Revision requests must be made within the support period specified in your package.
Limitation of Liability
Suraj Goswami Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
